Journalia is a support tool. The note is a draft based on the conversation and transcription, not a finished product. Always review, correct, and approve the content before using it.

AI can make mistakes. Pay particular attention to wording that could change the meaning of what was said.

Select the text in Journalia to bring up the corresponding section of the transcription, so you can quickly compare the note with what was actually said.

Remember to inform patients about the use of Journalia, either verbally or with our posters.
