5. Ordering a microphone
For optimal use of Journalia, high-quality audio is required. When you register, you will have two options regarding equipment:
Order a microphone from Journalia: We will send you an optimized microphone when you start your trial period.
Use your own equipment: Do you already have a high-quality microphone? You are free to use your own equipment with Journalia.
After the trial period:
If you choose an annual subscription, you keep the microphone we sent you.
With a monthly subscription, you may use the microphone for as long as you remain a customer. If you choose not to subscribe, simply return the microphone to us.
Note: Please enter the correct delivery address for the microphone. Remember to include all relevant shipping information.
