Setting up an external microphone
Follow these steps if you are using the provided microphone (Nedis):
Connect: Plug the microphone into a USB port. If your computer lacks a USB port, you may need to acquire an adapter.
Activate: Press the button on top to turn it on. It will glow blue when active.
Select the correct device in Journalia: Select "Nedis" under the Microphone settings.
Update: If the microphone does not appear in the list, try refreshing the webpage.
Test the audio: Click "Test microphone" and verify that the system is registering sound.
